So I uninstall the AVG PC Tune Up and my VPN programs. While doing so, I found out that my AVG PC Tune Up is still there! I Thought I already uninstalled my AVG. If by MAC address, my VPN could be giving a virtual MAC address everytime I reboot - so I went into Add/REmove programs to remove my VPN.
